No Coupon Inserts

Its one of those dreaded weeks couponers hate.....no inserts in the paper! But don't fret, you can still snag some awesome coupons- if you know where to look. And hey on the bright side, this is a free week to give your hands a much needed break from clipping, and a chance to organize those ones you clipped from last week.

Mosey on over to coupons.com and search their database. They constantly add new coupons. Try putting in different zip codes when you search. You may end up snagging a coupon that wasn't available when you searched with yours.

Take the time you would have spent clipping coupons to search the company brands on facebook. For example, Skinny Cow just posted a Fan Exclusive for a $1.00 printable coupon.

Or you could find email addresses for the companies you would like to receive coupons from but don't have. Not all companies have coupons available, but its worth a shot. I usually tell them I enjoy their product, am on a tight budget, and would be interested in a coupon to purchase their product. I have snagged several coupons this way.

Last but not least, check out the magazine All You. They offer amazing coupons in their magazine as well as some awesome articles! Definitely worth picking up a copy.

Happy Easter everyone! Don't forget to leave a comment, and perhaps pass the page along to your friends...I am sure they could benefit from these savings tips too :)

  1. Holiday weekends are always a bust for coupons...but like you said, it gives you a chance to organize the ones you have. Maybe use the time to create a coupon binder...
